As a Founders Associate, you'll work directly with our Head of Operations. You'll take full ownership of operational projects, drive new product launches, design processes, and build scalable infrastructure.
Your Mission
- You take operational load off the Head of Operations — concretely, noticeably, fast.
- You own your own workstreams and drive them from problem definition through to execution.
- You support the go-to-market of new products and make sure initiatives build momentum.
- You create structure in areas that have been too dependent on Leadership.
- You coordinate cross-functionally between Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, and external partners.
- You spot operational bottlenecks before they escalate — and fix them.
- You prepare analyses, business cases, and project overviews when decisions need to be made.
- You help implement new workflows, tools, and routines — thinking not just in processes, but in leverage.
- You've already gained first experience in a demanding, fast-moving environment — startup, consulting, IB, VC, or similar. Startup experience is a must: you know what chaos looks like, you can handle ambiguity, and you still deliver.
- You don't need detailed instructions to get started — you get what you need, and you'd rather ask one question too many than one too few.
- You think analytically and structurally, but act just as pragmatically.
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools, vibe coding, and data — you use them to work faster and better.
- You have a background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar. Your exact degree matters less than your ability to learn fast and act with ownership.
- You don't just want a job — you want to understand how a company really works, and help build it.
- You're based in Berlin and available immediately or on short notice.
- You communicate at a very high level in English; German is a plus.
