🎯 The Role
Our customers bring portfolios, not single sites. Hundreds of logistics properties, every one of them posing the same question: what energy assets are needed here, what pays off, what does it cost, what does it return.You answer that question a hundred times over. You simulate, you calculate, and you build the tools that make it run in series. Your assessment decides which sites we touch at all.You work closely with the product and software team in France and translate what the German market needs.🚀 What you'll do
Assess the sites. Load profile, existing connection, grid situation, space, charging demand, roof areaSimulate. PV yield, storage dispatch, peak shaving, market side. The sizing comes out of the resultPrice the offers. Concept, business case and offer per siteCheck permitting feasibility. In screening, as a knockout criterion next to the gridSupport customers technically until the grid connection is securedBuild the tools. Screening and scoring models, calculation templates, automation for application, documentation and reportingHand over cleanly.
